When BRD and FRD documents are ready, the planning stage commences, which includes: the pision of project into phases, roles assignment and workload planning.

During the development process, we use a large number of different methodologies but prefer Agile/SCRUM. According to this methodology, we share the project in 2 - 3 week iterations - sprints, which allows for a large number of regular supplies to be made, thereby involving the customer with the product development process. Each sprint includes the testing and bugs fixing phases which greatly simplify the acceptance testing.
To achieve a full transparency of the production process, we hold daily SCRUM meetings and provide our customers with detailed weekly reports. The entire project management process in Provectus IT is based on the Jira system, to which the customer has full access. This approach satisfies even the most demanding customer.
